SerVivo Retreat Center

SerVivo Retreat center is located at the foothills of the Arrábida mountain close to Lisbon.

Since ancient times, these mountains were known for hosting hermits or, as they were popularly known, wild monks.

The origin of the name Arrábida comes from the Arabic expression Al-Ribat which means "place of prayer". This name seems to explain why this place has attracted so many poets, artists, philosophers, and mystics.
